Requirement of proteins & multivitamins for human body

Our body requires fats, carbohydrates, multivitamins, minerals, proteins, fat and water in order to function properly. Every single nutrient has its own importance and they work in order to keep the body functioning.  Out of these, we are going to discuss about proteins & multivitamins. Proteins are huge molecules that comprise of Amino Acids which are required for the proper functioning of the body. Various body parts such as bones, skin, muscles and various others are important parts of the body that comprise of apt amount of protein.

Antibodies, enzymes and hormones are some of the proteins. They also perform the role of neurotransmitters and transmits oxygen in the blood. Proteins play a significant role in practically every biological process. Key functions of proteins are as follows –

1. Helps in the fabrication of antibodies in our immune system.

2. Helps in the building up of enzymes.

3. Manufactures, fortifies, and repair things like tissue.

4. It also helps in the making of hormones, which assists the cells to transmit messages and manage other activities of the body.

On the other hand, multivitamins are also beneficial for our body. As the name itself suggests that multivitamins comprise of key nutrients and vitamins. These also provide energy required by our body in order to complete various daily tasks. When you take multivitamins regularly, it ensures that there is no vitamin deficiency. It also helps in the prevention of cancer, cardiovascular disease and other health related ailments.
